For us, being able to produce maple syrup as a family as well as share our passion with visitors and the community is what we love to do. Educating our future maple producers to how its made and how much work is involved is rewarding and helps them connect with nature. Learning from the history of the maple syrup process and staying up to date with current procedures we have added new equipment each year to make our operation more economically friendly and plan to continue.
